First and foremost, thank you to all that were able to join us yesterday!
We can’t do all these fun things for our kiddos without you!

We reviewed old and new business which entailed the following:
Old Business
- Walk A Thon Earnings $14,000 – funds will go to pay for school operating costs, we were also featured in the Palos Citizen paper! Way to go Bobcats!
- Charleston Wrap – waiting for final numbers from the company, thank you to Renee Levato for running this event!
- Scholastic Book Fair – Earnings $2,000 – highest fall Book Fair Sales ever! Thank you to Beth Ziolkowski for leading the event!
- Taffy Apple Sale – Sold $1,642.75 – Profit was $800, it will go to our 8th Grade class to offset the costs of buses, tours and food for their end of year Springfield field trip. Woohoo!
- Friday Fun Lunch – Minimal profit – self-sustaining venture
- Bobcat Bonanza – Earnings TBD, approximately $3,500 but ongoing fundraiser. Funds will go to pay for school operating costs and pizza party for the Walk-A-Thon winners! Thank you to all of you that participate online!
- Haunted Hallway/Trunk or Treat – Candy Collection Contest – 703lbs of candy was collected. 1st grade, 3rd grade and 7th grade each won a pizza party for collecting the most candy in their group. Parents’ Club will buy these tasty pizzas!
- Trunk or Treat – We had 30 decorated trunks – you families are truly awesome! Thank you for continuing to make this event such a success!
- Haunted Hallway – Big thank you to everyone that helped decorate it, run it, and clean up afterwards. Couldn’t do it without you!
New Business – Mark your calendars!
- Thanksgiving Feast 11/19 – Pre-K thru 2nd Grade, Event chair – Alejandra Dongo and Co-Chair Miranda Kowalski – Sign Up Genius is now available, so please take a look!
- Poinsettia Sale – All pre-orders due Friday 11/8, pick up Friday 12/6 in church. Extra sale 7th and 8th after masses, Event Chair – Danielle Drzayich
- Take-Out Tuesday 12/03 – Pizza Hut in Palos, Event Chair – Annette Wagner
- Santa’s Workshop 12/4-12/6 – Event Chair – Miranda Kowalski
- Festival of Lights 12/13 – Event Chair – Lynn Tanis
- Santa’s Breakfast 12/19 – Entire School, Pre-K through 2nd Grade in the lunchroom, remainder will eat breakfast in their classrooms. – Is there anyone willing to lead this event? We need your help!

Two additional items that were brought up that we will continue to meet on/discuss were:
- Parents are seeking alternative methods of payment for Friday Fun Lunch, field trips, popcorn sales, classroom party money, Extended Care, etc. Methods of payment discussed were Venmo or PT Board.
- Zoom availability for future meetings. Parents asked for Zoom due to difficulty in securing childcare during meetings.
