Parent’s Club

Parents Club

All parents of children enrolled at St. Patricia School are members of our Parents Club. Our Parents Club is led by an executive board of school parents, with faculty partnership, who volunteer their time to:

  • Promote non-academic student activities;
  • Sponsor and contribute to school fundraising;
  • Serve as resources and provide hospitality for new families.

Our Parents Club supports St. Patricia School in several ways. We truly appreciate our Parents Club volunteers, as their dedication to a safe and fun environment for our students is invaluable. Without parent volunteers, we would not be able to FUNraise the dollars necessary to keep tuition affordable and support student programs. Most importantly, we are so proud to help in creating memory-making connections through St. Patricia student activities outside of the classroom!

How does Parents Club support St. Patricia School?

  • School community activities include our annual Trunk or Treat, Breakfast with Santa, and Easter Bunny Breakfast – just to name a few!
  • Parents Club FUNraising events include our St. Patricia Family Fun Nights, Santa’s Workshop. Craft Show, Father-Daughter Dance, Holiday Fundraising (such as Charleston Wrap and Butter Braids, and more!

With our amazing parents’ time and efforts, we raise much-needed funds each year and fulfill volunteer needs that help us provide the family connections that our school has grown to appreciate and love!

When does Parents Club Meet?

We meet four times a year at 7:00 pm in the school cafeteria. Our meetings are open to any parent that wishes to help, has an idea, likes to socialize, OR just wants to listen and learn about our FUNraising events and school community activities! Parents earn 1 volunteer hour for every meeting attended, while Event Chairs and Event Volunteers earn additional hours towards their family’s annual volunteer commitment!

Who are we?

President: Adam Drzayich
Co-President: Danielle Drzayich

The St. Patricia Parent’s Club is comprised of its Board and Event Chairs, all positions generously filled by volunteers. The Board members attend quarterly and event-focused meetings, set and manage the budget, approve and oversee activities, and allocate funds for programs.

We know that our parents’ time is valuable and lives can be hectic. Our parents who cannot commit to helping throughout the year often step up to manage a specific connection event by becoming an Event Chair. Event Chairs coordinate volunteers, supplies, and vendors as necessary, manage a set budget, promote the event with the school’s Marketing Coordinator, and facilitate event set-up, etc. in order to make their connection event a HUGE success!

To help our school community thrive, we are in need of parents willing to help maintain our Parents Club! Please consider volunteering, chairing an event, or becoming a Board Member!

Without the generous support to our fundraisers and superhero-like time commitments that our school families make each year, there wouldn’t be a Parents Club. The school community activities that we sponsor outside of the classroom are what connects our school as a family, are the events that our children look forward to – and are the connections that have become St. Patricia traditions and create terrific memories!
