FAQ's

Question: Is my child required to work on e-Learning from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm?

Answer: No. Your child is required to spend time doing the work that is assigned daily, but your child can complete the work at any time. Children in grades pk-3 = 1/2 to 2 hrs. per day; Students in grades 4-5 = 2-3 hrs. per day; Students in grades 6-8 = 2-3 1/2 hrs. per day.

Question: What if my child does not have access to the Internet?

Answer: Every student was sent home with a folder that includes assignments and activities that students can complete without a computer. If all else fails, have your child read books, magazines, newspapers, etc. Have them complete a book report on the subject.

Question: Will my child receive a grade on the work they do for e-Learning?

Answer: The e-Learning plan is a way to allow students to continue their studies while being at home. It is still considered a school day.  So, yes, students will receive credit for the work they do on e-Learning.
