Scholastic Book Fair – Hoping your children were able to purchase an amazing book to read this week! It was super fun watching them choose their favorites!
Our Walk-A-Thon was VERY successful today and raised $12,000!!!!!!!
Thank you to all for your continued generosity! Thank you to all the volunteers too, we couldn’t have had such a great event without your help!
Charleston Wrap – At last count, we had $3,868 in sales and $1,447 in profit! Over 230 products were sold! Thank you to those that were able to purchase some really great items! Sales end 10/18 so please get your remaining orders in soon!
Trunk or Treat will be held next week Saturday, October 19th! Please use SignUp Genius to let us know if you’ll be coming and decorating your trunk!
Until then, we are accepting candy donations! Please have your child bring candy so that they can help their class win a pizza party! The class with the heaviest candy donations wins!
By the way, $294 was earned in popcorn sales so thank you for buying popcorn and helping purchase our Haunted Hallway decorations!!!
Halloween –parties will be held in each classroom on 10/31, please ask teachers how you can help. There will be a parade in the parking lot for our Pre-K through 2nd Graders too!
Thanksgiving Feast will be held 11/19 – Pre-K through 2nd Grade – Look for SignUp Genius opportunities soon to come!
Santa’s Workshop will be set up 12/3, shopping will begin 12/4-6. More information coming soon, we will need lots of elves to help!
Santa’s Breakfast will be Thursday, 12/19 – Pre-K through 2nd will be in the cafeteria, while the remaining classes will enjoy breakfast in their classrooms. Santa will make the rounds for pictures with every class so be sure you stay on the “nice” list!
Athletic Advisory Board meeting will be held 10/23 at 6:30pm in Birmingham Hall, hoping to see you all there! All are welcome to attend!
Please don’t forget to order your November Friday Fun lunches! They are due 10/15 – and if you can come help during lunch, please do, we would be very grateful!
